To become an active member of the USBA as an athlete, official or supporter, a membership form must be completed.

Annual dues for membership in the USBA are just $25. Athlete members are required to become members of the US Bobsled and Skeleton Federation (USBSF) which requires a physical from a certified physician and annual membership dues of $50 for athletes. Officials members are also required to be members of the USBSF requiring $40 annual membership dues. Membership forms for the USBSF can be found here (www.usbsf.com/membership.html).
