Dear Winter Sport Enthusiast:

In 2002 Utah impacted the world. We showed them what a great place Utah is, and everything it has to offer. At the Olympics we saw local Utahns such as Tristan Gale, Joe Pack, and Bill Schuffenhauer become role models for athletes across the state, and the country. These athletes showed that dreams can be achieved.

After the Salt Lake Olympics there was a surge of interest in winter sports and currently Noelle Pikus-Pace, Zach Lund, Chris Hedquist, Shauna Rohbock, Tim O'Mara and Steve Holcomb are dominating the World Cup circuit.

Now, the Utah Skeleton and Bobsled Association is leading the charge to identify and nurture the next generation of Utah athletes, but we can't do it alone. We need your help! Please consider a significant contribution to our "Slide with Pride" campaign.

Right now, through September 8th, the funds you donate will be matched dollar for dollar by a supporting foundation! Our goal is to raise $30,000 which would be matched to a total of $60,000. Slide with Pride campaign contributions will allow us to replace old equipment, hire coaches, and do more to promote these sports, attract new athletes, and lead them along the path to Olympic glory!
